Hardware supply:
BBC can supply any type of hardware and systems of networking, through matures it experience in the sector and consolidate commercial partnership.
Store opening hardware management:
BBC deals to 360° with the informatic start up of the store managing all the computer configuration layout phases and control the good installation.
Management fiscal peripheral:
BBC is official partner Epson. The service of assistance is supplied by certified technicians and trained to the intervention on the Epson fiscal peripheral.
Maintenance computer equipments:
All the computer equipments of the store are covered by the services of assistance and installation of the BBC; is the case of: hub, modem, personal computers, printers, groups of continuity, entries count, etc.
Help desk:
Center of assistance to pick up the calls and the coordination of interventions developed by the operators of 2° level. In the case in which the problem is not of immediate resolution, the help desk manager, forwards the call to the competent resource.
The service is active from 09.00 to 21.00 from Monday to Saturday from January to November and every day from 09.00 to 21.00 for December month.
